Our names are Aimee and Patrick. We have been married for 16 years. We have 4 children. Naomi is 12, Lucas is 10, Audrianna is 7, and Gabriella is 16 months. Our first 3 are biological, and Gabriella was adopted through Gateway Woods on February 23, 2022.

 Aimee is 37 and Patrick is 38. Patrick has a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Aimee went to 2 years of college before deciding it wasn’t for her. Patrick is a supervising caseworker for an adult daycare for disabled people. Aimee has been a stay at home mom since Lucas was born. We like to go to the lake, swim, take boat rides, ride bikes, play board games, play the Wii, go sledding, and go on trips when we can. Aimee was a foster child, and adopted at age 7. Patrick’s mom was stepmom to 4 of his older siblings, but they grew up together, and were always regarded as family, not step or half. 

We love adoption, and Aimee felt God’s call to it from a young age. After having 3 biological children and 1 adopted, we feel it isn’t any different raising either a biological or adopted child. The love is the same. We have loved being an adoptive family, and we will love your baby just as much. Thank you so much for doing what you feel is best for them.
